Norman Guitars, pioneers in the industrial manufacturing of acoustic guitars in Quebec, embody the craftsmanship and innovation of Canadian history. In 1972, in the village of La Patrie, Norman Boucher founded the brand in partnership with Robert Godin. A staple of the Quebec landscape and favored by many renowned singer-songwriters, Norman guitars are a symbol of Quebec guitar craftsmanship and culture.

The ST40 is an acoustic guitar from the Studio series, Norman’s premium line. It features a standard dreadnought-sized soundboard along with a cutaway to provide access to the higher frets on the neck, particularly during guitar solos. It features a solid cedar top and solid mahogany back and sides. Whether you’re plugging in at home or performing on stage, it comes equipped with an LR Baggs Element acoustic preamp.
